Rice Howard Parkade, in the heart of downtown Edmonton, features 422 parking stalls spread out over 11 levels. Constructed in 1962, the parkade went through major renovations in 2002.

Located off Jasper Avenue beside Scotia Place, it provides convenient access to many of Edmonton’s downtown businesses.
