WINDSOR HALL

Windsor Hall is an event hall and multi-function room designed to host your next get-together, complete with audio-visual equipment and optional add-on kitchen with 4 burner stove, oven, microwave, sink, full-size fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Enjoy added access to our gas barbeque and patio outside. Note that events are approved at the discretion of Westcorp and some event types are not permitted.

4:00 AM – 12:00 AM, 7 days a week

Capacity:
Up to 60 people

Garneau Room

The newly renovated Garneau Room at Diversions is beautifully appointed with stunning décor, warm wood accents and sophisticated finishes, the Garneau Room has been designed to be your destination for inspired get-togethers and private functions. Release your inner chef in our conjoining kitchen with 4 appliances and events hall for the full at-home dining experience. Layout and lighting can be modified to suit your needs while the integrated state-of-the-art technology adds function on top of form.

Seats up to 20 people

Private Theatre

Our Private Theatre is state of the art, complete with everything you need for your next movie night or gaming with your friends. Take advantage of our 100″ projection screen, surround sound and 12 luxury leather recliners for the ultimate VIP experience. With over 300 titles in our DVD library, extensive cable package, BluRay DVD player and Netflix access, you’re sure to find something great to watch. Snack food and beverages are permitted, however alcohol is not.

Seats 12 people

College Plaza Conference Centre

Each meeting room in the College Plaza Conference Centre is equipped with a large tv, audio-visual equipment, conference phone and camera, whiteboard and free wi-fi.

Bookings are primarily reserved for tenants of College Plaza Professional Building and can be made through the Commercial Tenant Services Portal.

Hours of Operation:
8:00 AM – 10:00 PM, Monday to Friday

Capacity:
Meeting rooms seat between 12 to 18 people

Fitness Studio

An energizing environment combined with modern equipment is found in the newly renovated Fitness Centre. The beginner to the advanced fitness “buff” will find equipment suitable for most workout programs.

Lockers are provided for daily use only. All articles are to be removed from lockers after use. Locks will be checked daily and cut off each night at closing. Westcorp Property Management Inc. will not be responsible for replacement of broken or damaged locks.

4:00 AM – 11:00 PM, 7 days a week

This amenity is open to all tenants and cannot be booked for private use.

Aquatic Centre

The Pool offers a bright and energizing atmosphere for residents and tenants to use. Early risers to late night fitness enthusiasts may take advantage of our extensive hours.

Lockers are provided for daily use only. All articles are to be removed from lockers after use. Locks will be checked daily and cut off each night at closing. Westcorp Property Management Inc. will not be responsible for replacement of broken or damaged locks. Pool equipment, including kick boards, personal floatation devices, etc., are provided for use. Any equipment used is to be returned to its original location.

Quiet Study

Do you require a quiet study environment with WiFi? The Quiet Study can provide you with that setting. This comfortable and quiet setting provides you with a feeling of being in a social environment but the quiet needed for study or relaxation. There is even a writable wall to work on.

Food and drink other than bottled water are not permitted.

Hours of Operation:
4:00 AM to 11:00 PM, 7 days a week

This amenity is open to all tenants and cannot be booked for private use.

Diversions Lounge & Cafe

Whether you are looking for a place to hang out with friends or colleagues, to surf the internet or just grab a cappuccino, the Diversions Lounge and Cafe is the place to be. Tenants can enjoy a game of pool or foosball, relax in the comfortable lounge area while appreciating the warm glow from the natural gas fireplace or catch the big game on the TV.

4:00 AM to Midnight, 7 days a week

This amenity is open to all tenants and cannot be booked for private use.

Mel M.

Born and raised in Cranbrook, BC, Mel moved to our side of the Rockies to live the student life in Red Deer. While there, she worked as a Resident Attendant organizing events and programming for fellow students living on campus. Now a newly-minted Edmontonian, Mel is busy forming connections in our community, having formerly worked at Lululemon and teaching high octane spin classes at Xtherapy several times a week. On her down time, you can catch Mel training for her next half-marathon or exploring the city’s food scene.

We’re excited to have Mel’s passion for event planning and customer service on our Diversions team!

Shan Z.

Part leasing agent, part amenities extraordinaire, Shan works double duty to make sure our tenants have a great experience. Fluent in both English and Mandarin, Shan grew up in China and lived in Grande Prairie before moving to Edmonton to take Business and Marketing at the University of Alberta. She’s a movie buff (superhero movies are her fav!), an avid hiker and a jetsetter–her travels have taken her to various places around Canada as well as Mexico, Indonesia and Thailand. On her down time, Shan enjoys puzzles, baking and exploring her inner foodie especially when it comes to Chinese and Korean food.
