The City of Edmonton and the Metterra Hotel are getting even more deserved love and attention! Theloop.ca has listed Edmonton as the next great Canadian city citing 26 reasons why they think so. Our expansive River Valley topped the list at #1 however not far down, Metterra was listed as the #12 reason why Edmonton is the next great Canadian city. We already knew this however, the article cites the Metterra as “the biggest hotel in Canada entirely powered by green electricity, generated entirely from renewable energy sources”.
