Philip J. Milroy, President

Phil founded Westcorp in 1980. In 1984, he earned his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. For seven years, Phil participated on the Board of Directors of Junior Achievement of Northern Alberta. Keenan Chow, Director of Finance

Keenan joined Westcorp as the Director of Finance in 2003. In his current capacity, Keenan oversees the accounting and finance group and is responsible for corporate finance, financial reporting, taxation, and insurance. Keenan received his Bachelor of Commerce with Distinction from the University of Saskatchewan in 1999 and received his Chartered Accountant designation in 2002. Chris Hawley, Vice President - Property Management

Chris graduated with a BA in Economics from McMaster University in 1981. Since graduating Chris has worked for more than 25 years in the property management field with both residential and commercial experience. He worked with Canada Trust in their real estate division, managing their Toronto portfolio, and on the commercial side, he worked with Oxford Development Group managing their commercial portfolio for Ottawa as General Manager. Todd Werre, Vice President - Development

Todd has nearly 30 years experience in business and has held a wide variety of management positions in Real Estate Development and Project Management. He is currently responsible for the development and construction divisions of Westcorp. He received his CGA designation in 1989, and has completed University programs in operations, public speaking and communications, strategic planning and business management as well as MBA courses at the University of Alberta. Todd is a member of the Edmonton Affordable Housing Committee, and volunteers as a board member with St. Albert Minor Baseball. Email: twerre@westcorp.net |
Gail Temple, Director of Development

Gail joined Westcorp in 2007. Her past experiences as a professional educator, coupled with her volunteer efforts with community residents' groups and business associations, led her to the development management field in 2002. She has fulfilled the lead role on many complex development applications and, in addition, has represented the industry as an executive on the Urban Development Institute (UDI) Okanagan board for the past six years, two years of which were as its Chair.
