Omnicentre One

A suburban office building owned by a chartered bank, this 36,000 square foot building located at 51 Avenue and 97 Street in Edmonton. Westcorp Inc. was retained as property manager to coordinate leasing with a real estate leasing firm and to manage the building in a more cost effective manner. The result was a fully leased and profitable operation.

Centre 128

Comprised of 17,300 square feet of suburban office space, this project is located along a popular thoroughfare in northwest Edmonton on the corner of St. Albert Trail and 128 Avenue. The addition of Centre 128 to Westcorp Inc.'s expanding portfolio of office buildings was a welcome challenge. On behalf of a large financial institution, Westcorp Inc. completed the redevelopment with the aim of maximizing the site's potential. The property's troubled history was turned around under Westcorp's asset management.
