Lawson’s Landing Development
The current income producing portion, known as Water Street, is comprised of 5,018 SF of office space close to Kelowna’s downtown waterfront. The larger plan for the property is the Lawson’s Landing Development of which Water Street is part of the land assembly.
This development site is located on the waterfront of downtown Kelowna, overlooking the Okanagan Lake.
