Holyrood Gardens and Holyrood Boulevard are located on 85th Street between 90th and 95th Avenue, in south-central Edmonton.

Holyrood Gardens consistently maintains a low vacancy rate, strong income stream and represents an excellent redevelopment opportunity. Previously, the property consisted of 186 older townhouse units on over 12 acres of land. 26 town homes were demised to make way for the first phase of redevelopment.

Redevelopment

Westcorp manages this property and intends to redevelop this prime site with a mix of apartments, town homes, seniors housing, and retail.

Holyrood Boulevard is the first phase of redevelopment of the existing Holyrood Gardens. Holyrood Boulevard consists of 2 fully leased buildings totaling 96 residential units.

The balance of Holyrood Gardens will be re-developed into subsequent phases of Holyrood Boulevard which is currently envisioned as:

  • 700+ residential units including a possible congregate care facility;
