The main level of the parkade features 110 hourly parking stalls for commercial and residential clientele to visit the College Plaza Professional Building, retail businesses as well as the Windsor Park Plaza and Lofts residents. The lower two levels of the parkade accommodate parking for residents and staff working or living at the complex. The parkade underwent a major capital improvement program completed in 2002.
