Philip J. Milroy, President

Phil founded Westcorp in 1980. In 1984, he earned his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. For seven years, Phil participated on the Board of Directors of Junior Achievement of Northern Alberta. He is currently a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers as well as a Board Member for the ManCap Foundation..

Keenan Chow, Director of Finance

Keenan joined Westcorp as the Director of Finance in 2003. In his current capacity, Keenan oversees the accounting and finance group and is responsible for corporate finance, financial reporting, taxation, and insurance. Keenan received his Bachelor of Commerce with Distinction from the University of Saskatchewan in 1999 and received his Chartered Accountant designation in 2002.  He is currently a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Alberta and the Canadian Institute of Chartered accountants.

Todd Werre, Vice President- Operations

Todd has nearly 30 years experience in business and has held a wide variety of management positions in Real Estate Development and Project Management. He is currently responsible for the overall operations of Westcorp, including property management, development and construction. He received his CGA designation in 1989, and has completed University programs in operations, public speaking and communications, strategic planning and business management as well as MBA courses at the University of Alberta. Todd is a member of the Edmonton Affordable Housing Committee, and volunteers as a board member with St. Albert Minor Baseball.

JoAnn Kirkland, Director of Hotels

After graduating from the University of Alberta and the International College of Hospitality Administration in Switzerland, JoAnn has enjoyed the past 14 years in various Sales, Marketing and Operations roles in the fields of hospitality and tourism. JoAnn is currently responsible for the overall operation of the Westcorp Hotel portfolio. JoAnn also serves on the Board of Directors for the Alberta Hotel & Lodging Association, Board of Directors for the Canadian Country Music Awards, member of Edmonton Tourism Meeting, Business, Travel & Events Committee and Skal International.
