Philip J. Milroy, President
Phil founded Westcorp in 1980. In 1984, he earned his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. For seven years, Phil participated on the Board of Directors of Junior Achievement of Northern Alberta. He is currently a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers as well as a Board Member for the ManCap Foundation..

Ian Kermack, Vice President, Construction
Ian joined Westcorp in 2003. He has extensive experience in project development and management. Before joining Westcorp, Ian owned Renaissance Engineering, a company set on providing high value service and personal attention in every one of their projects. Ian has a Masters Degree in Engineering from the University of Alberta, and is a member of the board for the Architects and Engineers Joint Board of Practice.

Myron Borys , Vice President, Development
As Vice-President of Development, Myron is responsible for the overall development process at Westcorp, from project feasibility, financial analysis, securing consultants, land use, through the development permit and construction process to final stabilization and handoff to Property Management. In addition to extensive experience in project management and business development, Myron has a B.Sc. from the University of Manitoba, and a M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, supplemented by an MBA, from the University of Alberta. He is a member of APEGGA, and sits on the board of St. Michael’s Extended Care Center Society.

Jim Dimanis, Vice President, Property Management
Jim has worked in the property management industry for over 10 years, and has extensive commercial and residential management experience. Prior to coming to Westcorp, Jim was the Vice President of Asset Management, for Mintz and Partners Property Management. A strong believer in community involvement, Jim serves as a Board Director for the Edmonton Non- Profit Housing Corporation, and the Schizophrenia Society of Alberta.

Keenan Chow, Director of Finance
Keenan joined Westcorp as the Director of Finance in 2003. In his current capacity, Keenan oversees the accounting and finance group and is responsible for corporate finance, financial reporting, taxation, and insurance. Keenan received his Bachelor of Commerce with Distinction from the University of Saskatchewan in 1999 and received his Chartered Accountant designation in 2002. He is currently a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Alberta and the Canadian Institute of Chartered accountants.

Marina Kulba, Vice President of Hotels
Marina infuses the expertise she gained as a grad from Cornell University School of Hotel Administration and the University of Guelph MBA program along with years of service with chain and independently owned Hotels across Canada. Portfolio responsibilities include operational effectiveness, efficiency and asset management for existing Hotels as well as development growth. Kulba, a leader in business process management and strategy development, presently serves as the Chair of Audit, Finance and Governance.
